Beverley Knight is a Legal Executive and Team Leader with over 25 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with all types of sales and purchases. In particular, Beverley is an expert in new build purchases, transfers of equity and the staircasing of shared ownership properties. Beverley also has extensive experience in Help to Buy equity mortgages and equity release transactions.
Hema Patani is an Associate Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing and a Team Leader. Hema deals with a full range of residential property matters including sales and purchases of registered and unregistered properties, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions. Hema has 15 years’ of experience within residential conveyancing and is multi-lingual, with the ability to communicate with clients in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
