Sarah specialises in residential conveyancing and has experience of all kinds of property transactions including freehold, leasehold and re-mortgaging. Sarah has extensive experience in dealing with new build properties and has an in-depth knowledge of Help to Buy equity mortgages.
Beverley Knight is a Legal Executive with over 25 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with all types of sales and purchases. In particular, Beverley is an expert in new build purchases, transfers of equity and the staircasing of shared ownership properties. Beverley also has extensive experience in Help to Buy equity mortgages and equity release transactions.
Angela Rogers is a Legal Executive with over 30 years' experience in residential conveyancing including freehold, leasehold and re-mortgage transactions. Angela has extensive experience in dealing with new build properties and has a detailed knowledge of Help to Buy equity mortgages. Angela also has experience in shared ownership transactions including staircasing.
Waheeda Alli is a Solicitor in the Residential Property department. Waheeda has over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing work and specialises in dealing with new build properties and the Help to Buy Scheme. Waheeda also has vast experience in dealing with more complex transactions including equity release, transfers of equity, shared ownership properties and repossessions, as well as sales and purchases at auction.
Sally Humphreys is a Solicitor who has over 30 years’ experience of both commercial and residential property transactions. Sally also specialises in “Right to Buy” residential property purchases and heads the Firm’s housing association Right to Acquire Team, having spent over 10 years dealing with Local Authority Right to Buy transactions.
Hema Patani is a Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing. Hema deals with a full range of residential property matters including sales and purchases of registered and unregistered properties, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions. Hema has 15 years’ of experience within residential conveyancing and is multi-lingual, with the ability to communicate with clients in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Jane Pyatt is a Paralegal in the Residential Property department dealing with residential conveyancing. Jane has worked in residential conveyancing for over 30 years as an administrative assistant.
Lauren Randall is a Paralegal in the Residential Property department dealing with residential conveyancing. Lauren previously worked for the Firm on a four-week work placement while completing her Peter Jones Enterprise Academy BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship.
