BHW Residential are pleased to announce the launch of a new No Move No Fee Guarantee. Unfortunately, there is a risk with every conveyancing transaction that it will not proceed, often through no fault of your own.
Around 1 in 3 house purchases or sales fail to make it through to completion. It could be that another party in the chain pulls out of the deal for a multitude of reasons, such as dubious search results, a change of heart, or you might be a victim of gazumping.
This can happen at any stage of the transaction and sometimes a large amount of legal work has already been carried out, meaning that an unwanted bill for abortive legal fees can become due.
With BHW's No Move No Fee Guarantee, you get peace of mind that you won't be faced with a bill for your legal fees if your conveyancing transaction falls through.
If you choose to take out the new guarantee and your transaction does not complete, you will only be liable to pay for any third-party costs incurred up to that point and BHW will not charge you for their work.
With most other conveyancing firms, if your deal was to fall through you would still be required to pay their legal fees for the work done. With BHW, if your transaction does not proceed to completion for any reason, our optional No Move No Fee Guarantee means you won't be liable for any legal fees at all.
Our No Move No Fee Guarantee costs only £50 plus VAT for a single sale or a single purchase, or only £75 plus VAT for a combined sale and purchase transaction.
