Sarah has extensive experience in dealing with new build properties and has an in-depth knowledge of Help to Buy equity mortgages.
Beverley Knight is a Partner and Team Leader with over 25 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with all types of sales and purchases. In particular, Beverley is an expert in new build purchases, transfers of equity and the staircasing of shared ownership properties. Beverley also has extensive experience in Help to Buy equity mortgages and equity release transactions.
Hema Patani is a Partner specialising in residential conveyancing and a Team Leader. Hema deals with a full range of residential property matters including sales and purchases of registered and unregistered properties, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions. Hema has 15 years’ of experience within residential conveyancing and is multi-lingual, with the ability to communicate with clients in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Verity Drinkall is an Associate Solicitor and Team Leader specialising in residential conveyancing. Verity deals with a full range of residential property matters including sales and purchases, including new build property purchases, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions.
Kimberly Marshall is an Associate Licenced Conveyancer and Team Leader in the Residential Property department.

Buyers and Tenants Beware
The first of March will see a significant change to Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) filing. From this date, the deadline to submit a SDLT return will reduce from 30 days to 14 days. This deadline applies to both residential and commercial property.
